This weekend we're sipping Apple and African Tea! This boozy Rooibos twist's recipe came from our friend Noel Venning - one of the founding brothers of award-winning bar Three Sheets London.
You'll need:
20ml Roobois infused Elephant Strength Gin
20ml Elephant London Dry Gin
10ml Honey Cordial
15ml Apple Cordial
Build over ice in a a highball, top up with soda, garnish with orange. Cheers to the freakin' weekend!
