30-35 year old patient underwent a breast augmentation and rhinoplasty. Patient already had larger breasts but wanted more of a upper pull as well as cleavage, 400CC implants were placed over the muscle to give desired look. Patient also was unhappy with her nose, to fix all concerns we reduced the hump on the bridge of her nose, added tip projection as well as performed a Alarplasty which meas re-positioning the nostrils to give a smaller look.

25 year old patient underwent a Panniculectomy after removing a large amount of weight to remove the excess skin below the belly button. This was removed due to activity restrictions, among other types of skin issues.

27 year old female desired a more hourglass figure- A smaller waist, with a more perky and full buttock.

53 yr old female receives liposuction as treatment for Lipedema. Lipedema is described as a chronic disorder of adipose tissue and lymphatic vessel dysfunction starting at the hips and ending at the ankles.

Female patient had a tummy tuck done elsewhere that left her unhappy and in pain. We went ahead and revised her tummy tuck, removed a pseudobursa (scar tissue) that was causing her pain and tightness. We then re-tightned her abdominal wall and lowered her previous scar.

25-30 year old patient desired an overall more aesthetically pleasing nose shape. Rhinoplasty was done to straighten her bridge, bring her tip projection done and re positioning her lower lateral cartilages to make the tip of her nose less "pointy".

25-30 Year old female patient underwent a breast augmentation and brazilian butt lift. An incision was made under the breast fold, the pocket was created under the muscle and shapped implants were placed. She received 360cc and 400cc implants to correct asymmetry and give her more volume. We then liposuctioned from her abdomen, flanks, thighs and lower back, the harvested fat was taken and placed in her buttock. We placed 750cc of fat in each buttock half, this left her with a more hourglass figure and more projection.

In this Q&A we went over the different types of abdominal fat. Intra-abdominal fat is also called visceral fat, this is fat around the organs that only diet can get rid of. Subcutaneous fat is fat between the skin and muscles which we can harvest through liposuction.

35-40 Year old patient with lipedema underwent liposuction from hip to knee. This was the second round of liposuction as we had already done knee to ankle. Around 9 liters of fat was taken out from the upper legs, this is a permanent procedure and her lipedema should not come back.

Dr. Repta will perform fat transfer to the right breast, harvesting fat from the abdomen. This patient underwent a previous breast lift with fat transfer, and lost a little more on the right side, which is what we are correcting today.

This patient had congenital symmastia. She traveled from Ohio to have it repaired here in Scottsdale AZ. We removed the tissue in the middle and sutured the skin and tissue to the breast bone.

43 year old female received a full breast lift along with fat transfer to the breast for a more natural, full appearance. A purse-string areolarplasty was performed, to reduce the size of the areola as well as center it on her breast.

This patient had liposuction and two mini tummy tucks that resulted in extensive pseudo-bursa and irregular abdominal skin. A full tummy tuck revision was performed with removal of pseudobursa to correct all of the issues.

This patient developed a hernia and separation of muscles after abdominal surgery. Through her prior scar, we fixed the ventral hernia without using mesh and tightened her core by bringing together her muscles.

20-25 year old patient underwent a panniculectomy to remove excess skin. Patient was unhappy with the layer of skin that was hanging below the pubic area, we went ahead and performed a panniculectomy which removes that layer as well as giving the tummy a smoother look.
